As you complete each of the three modules, you’ll have the opportunity to connect virtually with Doris to debrief the content and address any questions you have. At the end of the course there will be a virtual wrap-up meeting to ensure you’re comfortable with your next steps. A personalized follow-up session will be available three months later.
There are several steps of assessment and evaluation. Throughout the course, learns assess effectiveness of their people practices before and after every module is completed.
Upon wrapping up the formal learning, an action plan is to be submitted based on key take-aways. An evaluation (self-report questionnaire) will further assess the learner's talent challenges and ideal next steps. We’ll meet briefly to review and three months later re-connect for a one-on-one progress check-in.
You can anticipate approximately eight weeks, to give you time to integrate the learnings in your workplace and work with your team on maximizing results.
The course is designed for microlearning: one can spend 15 - 20 minutes at a time and return where you left off.
It’s estimated that two to four hours per week of course time will allow you to focus on your work priorities while mastering the course essentials.
